Community Benefits

Community solar projects create local jobs, from construction workers to maintenance crews, boosting the local economy. Subscribers save up to 20% on energy bills, making clean energy affordable. These projects increase local tax revenues, funding schools and emergency services. Environmentally, they reduce CO2 emissions equivalent to taking thousands of cars off the road. Community solar also enhances energy independence, ensuring a reliable, local energy source.

Our Process

Site Feasibility

We evaluate your property’s potential to host a community solar facility through a detailed desktop assessment of environmental, regulatory, and grid factors. Our goal is to ensure your land qualifies for clean energy generation, benefiting you and your community.

Development

During the 12-24 month development phase, we diligently secure all necessary governmental permits and utility approvals to ensure your community solar project is on track. Our experienced team expertly manages the complexities, guaranteeing a smooth and timely development process.

Land Agreements

Once your land is deemed suitable, we begin negotiations to finalize a lease or purchase agreement. This step ensures you receive additional income while contributing to sustainable energy development.

Construction

The construction phase is the final step before lease payments begin. We ensure the community solar project’s build-out meets the highest standards. Once complete, the project will generate steady income for landowners and contribute to clean energy.
